Inventory management allows tracking of inventory by item, or by ‘Item Characteristic', a unique DBA feature. Using either ‘fixed’ or ‘tracking’ characteristics, DBA can track stock by drawing numbers, tool numbers, colours, size, serial numbers, bin numbers etc.

As well as these features, DBA comes with a complete set of integrated Financials, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and General Ledger. DBA can also output operational data to a simplified manufacturing ledger which can enable the user to retain their existing accounting programs like MYOB or Quicken.
